With school starting, many young adults are going to college for the first time. Undoubtedly, many of them have heard about the dreaded ‘Freshman 15′, the oft-gained bit of extra weight that comes with the fast food, late nights, and stress of college. In fact, similar circumstances can put weight on anyone, frosh or not. With new busy school schedules, many families as well as collegiates are finding they have less time and more stress than they did during the somewhat lazy days of Summer, just a few weeks ago.
