Journaling Saves Lives
Why journal? Writing relieves stress. Writing gives perspective and restores sanity. Writing is a lifeline as well as a record. Writing saves lives. Do not underestimate its power. According to research conducted at universities across the country, journaling “reduces feelings of powerlessness. . . and enhances mental stability.” That’s why I’m so delighted to have Lynn Goodwin, author of “You Want Me To do What?” with us to discuss journaling for eldercare givers – what to do and how to do it.

I find it is reflection that really help. Keeping a journal is a good way of reflecting on the day, you can clear your thoughts, and put to bed any worrys you have before you go to bed.
