its the only prayer that can make you feel calm from inside, Prayer is not asking something from god, it is just the offerings of grateful ness that we are happy with what almighty has given to us., and when we feel it, our soul just rest in peace.
Prayer can make you healthier when one knows and trusts the living God, willing to trust Him with everything in our lives. When we are thankful to Him for the blessings He has given us, including His unspeakable gift of new life in Christ with Him forever, we can have a larger perspective to help endure whatever sufferings we must endure in this brief world, and peace that will often help heal us physically as well as spiritually. God may also choose to grant a miracles for His glory and our good, but in any case will bless our humble and thankful petitions if we are fully committed to Him and His will.
