		<description>I&#039;ve found that after I exercise that I&#039;m definitely not hungry, but if I don&#039;t eat something within a relatively short time...I have a tendency to eat a LOT more than I wanted. Now, I just have a healthy snack like an apple to keep me from getting too hungry before my regular meals.</description>
